The location is amazing very centrally located and pretty close to a major metro stop.
The TV didn’t work, there was no warning that the hotel wouldn’t be open for bag drop before we arrived which led to a bit of a long hot wait. The mirror was broken.

Good
Its at the heart of bugis, so its very easy to go around and very close to the train station. The room is rather small, but enough for those who spent most of the day roaming around.
The entrance to the hotel is quite interesting, we checked in on the other hotel's lobby, and our room is on the other building which we go by the back door.

Good but could be better
Easy to reach the hotel by public transportation. Very well located to go around by metro. The bed was very comfortable and the space of the room was very well organized. Good for one person only, two people fit there but very tight.
I arrived around 23:00 and no one was there. Keep in mind that the entrance is trough a restaurant, this was not mentioned on booking or in the confirmation email. There was no sign with the name LION PEAK HOTEL PURVIS. Fortunately a friendly gentleman on the street used his phone to call the number showing on the door and someone finally opened for me. As the entrance is from the restaurant and they close around 9pm, you definitely need a sim card to call them to open for you if you arrive late. The bed was very comfortable and it has a remote control to move the mattress, but it was not working. The TV had only one channel. The water from the shower was not hot, just warm. Some people might not mind but I do. Overall it was fine for what I paid, but fixing those small details would make it even better. Would be great to fit a mini fridge honestly.
